The scope was to create a bespoke e-commerce website to attract and engage their ideal customers. The website needed to offer a simple and intuitive user experience to help visitors feel confident when using the website. Bespoke Website Development

​Our team created a custom e-commerce website on the ShopWired platform, as this was the platform ClearWater Hygiene felt was based on their unique business goals. All designs were aligned with the ClearWater Hygiene branding and marketing goals. It was important to integrate Pipedrive, our client's preferred CRM system. In addition, the website was integrated with the Track & Trace system directly to the hand sanitiser stands.

Marketing

To get this new business off the ground, we considered a range of short term and long-term marketing strategies. As ClearWater Hygiene wanted to expand its brand awareness and generate new leads, we decided that email marketing would help us achieve these goals. Our team coded bespoke email templates and sent them to a pre-selected audience that met the criteria of ClearWater Hygiene's ideal customer. We successfully managed to achieve a 39.76% open rate.​
